Some users may have difficulty logging into Schoology using Chrome. They will get prompted to select a Google account but the account does not log into Schoology and the Google account selection screen reappears.
To Log in to Schoology Successfully,
Step1: In Google Chrome, open "Google options" by clicking on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of your browser.
Step 2: Click on More Tools
Step 3: Click on Clear browsing data.
Step 4: At the top of the page, from the drop down menu, select from the beginning of the time.
Step 5: Select the check box for ONLY cached images and files and Cookies and other site data.
Step 6: Click on the "Clear Browsing Data" button.
Step 7. Refresh Schoology and try again.
